Grape variety 100% Voskehat
Grapes issued from 40-60-year-old south-facing vineyards situated 1500 meters above sea level in Aghavnadzor, Vayots Dzor with volcanic soil. Original rootstock (no phylloxera in Armenia). Hand harvested, hand sorted, barrel fermented, and barrel aged in Caucasian oak for 12 months.
TASTING NOTES
Gold in the glass, this barrel-fermented Voskehat has prominent aromas of ripe stone fruits, summer blossom and hints of grapefruit complemented by sweet toast. With bright acidity and creamy texture, the palate shows notes of lemon, peach, melon and roasted almonds that linger for a while after the sip.
