Pale, lemon green in color with a pinpoint bead. Exotic aromas of yuzu fruit, starfruit, green pear, lime zest, exotic flowers, and chervil meld with secondary hints of biscuit and toasted nuts. Bright and forward on the palate, it is loaded with tropical fruit and exotic spice flavors. There is a pleasant touch of lees on the mid-palate, that lingers on the finish. Drink now - 2022.
