Red wine, 60% Tempranillo and 40% Tannat, made with grapes from the Las Violetas vineyard (Canelones). Hand-harvested at optimum ripeness: Tempranillo on February 21, 2019 and Tannat on February 26 and 27, 2019. Selection grain by grain. Bottled on December 30, 2019. Vinification: Controlled fermentation at 26ºC. Maceration during fermentation with 2 pump-overs and a punch-down daily. Aged for 8 months in French and American oak barrels. .
