White wine, 100% Semillón, made with grapes from the Canelón Chico vineyard (Canelones).


Manual harvest on 19 February 2019 at its optimum maturity. Grain selection by grain.


Vinification: Direct press without firing. Default at 12 degrees Celsius. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18oC. Cry the tank over your lees for 7 months. Natural stabilization without the use of clarifications.
