White wine, 100% Riesling, made with grapes from the Pan de Azúcar vineyard (Maldonado).
Manual harvest, on February 3, 2019, at its optimum ripeness. Selection grain by grain. Bottled on September 5, 2019.

Vinification: Direct pressing without destemming. Decanting at 12°C. Fermentation in steel tank at 20°C. Natural stabilization without the use of clarifiers. Aging in bottle for more than 12 months.
